Instructions

Nutmeg Juice Step 1Wash nutmeg. Cut nutmeg in half. Remove the seed. Cut the nutmeg into small pieces. Soak nutmeg pieces in salt water to prevent oxidation. Rinse and drain before juicing.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Nutmeg Juice Step 2Put a strainer on the juice container. Turn on the slow juicer. Juice the nutmeg. To make Nutmeg Juice with Sour Plum: Take 125g nutmeg juice, add 250g of water, 30g of honey and 2 sour plums. Stir and serve immediately.
