10 dried jujubes
300g watercress
20g goji berries
1½tsp fine sea salt


Watercress Pork Rib Soup Step 1Wash and break the watercress into short lengths. Wash the pork ribs. Put water to a boil. Add pork ribs. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add jujubes, cover and simmer for another 30 minutes.
